Q1: Are you factory or trading company?
- We are factory and we have factories in Fujian province China.
Q2: Which countries did you export to?
- Our main market are North America and Europe countries. But we also export to South-east Asia, Middle east and African markets.
Q3: What is your payment term?
- TT 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before loading. For big order, we can also accept L/C.
Q4: What is the MOQ?
- For normal products in stock, 50 pcs MOQ; If no stock, it will need bigger minimum order quantity.
Q5: What is the general delivery time?
- For products in stock, we can load the goods in 8 to 12 days. Custom-made products will need 20 to 30 days after receiving deposit.
Q6: Can you provide samples before order?
- Yes, sample order is acceptable. The buyer will pay the cost of sample and freight.
